Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time, and the switch happens straight away. Moving up, you pay only the difference for the rest of your current billing period. Moving down, the unused part of your current plan becomes credit that comes off your next payments. To move between monthly and annual billing, cancel and choose the new billing cycle once your current period ends.

How does billing work?

You are charged in advance when you subscribe, then on the same date each month or each year depending on the billing you choose. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Annual plans are one payment for twelve months of access, and we email you a reminder before each renewal. You will always see the amount and the billing period before you pay.

What payment methods are accepted?

Debit and credit cards, through our payment provider's secure checkout. Every plan is charged in US dollars, wherever you are; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its rate on the day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your Account page, with no cancellation fee. For 14 days after a new subscription starts, or after an annual plan renews, you can cancel and be refunded what you paid minus the days you have used; your access ends then. After the 14 days, cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, but the rest of that period is not refunded.
