Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. New subscriptions and annual renewals come with 14 days to cancel, refunded for the days you have not used. After that, payments are final.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1.How billing works

Plans are paid in advance in US dollars, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. We do not add tax. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

2.Cancelling

Cancel from your Account page, or email peteremeka@gmail.com. There is no cancellation fee. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. After cancelling:

  • your plan stays active until the end of the paid period,
  • you will not be charged again, and
  • your account and progress are kept, so you can subscribe again at any time.

3.14 days to cancel

Every new subscription comes with 14 days to change your mind, wherever you live. The same applies for 14 days after an annual plan renews.

When you subscribed, you asked for your access to start straight away. So if you cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the days you have used:

ExamplePaidCancelled afterRefund
Explore, monthly$24.995 days of a 30-day month$20.83
Explore, annual$249.905 days of 365$246.48

We use the actual length of your billing period (28 to 31 days for a monthly plan), and any part of a day counts as a day used.

  • How to cancel: use “Cancel and get a refund” on your Account page within the 14 days (it shows the amount), or email us and we will do it for you. Any clear message saying you want to cancel is enough.
  • Your access ends when you cancel this way.
  • Your refund is made within 14 days of your request, to your original payment method.

4.After the 14 days

After the 14 days, payments are final. We do not refund monthly renewals, unused time, or renewals you forgot to cancel. We will still refund you if:

  • you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount,
  • you were charged after cancelling, because of an error on our side, or
  • we close your account when you have not broken our Terms of Service. We then refund the unused part of your paid period.

Nothing in this policy takes away any rights your local consumer law gives you.

5.Free access

If we give you free access to a plan, nothing is charged. It ends automatically on the date shown on your Account page.

6.Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment details. Paid features may pause during that time. After 7 days without payment, your plan ends and your account becomes a free account. Your progress is kept, and there are no late fees.

7.One-to-one classes (Deep Roots)

  • You or your instructor can reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice.
  • A class you miss without 12 hours' notice is not replaced or refunded.
  • If your instructor cancels with less than 12 hours' notice, or does not attend, we will offer you a replacement class.

8.Deleting your account

If you delete your account while a plan is active, the plan ends immediately. Within the 14 days to cancel, we refund the days you have not used. After that, the remaining time is not refunded. To keep access until the end of your paid period, cancel your plan instead, and delete your account later.

9.Payment disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually fix it quickly. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, we may pause your account while the dispute is resolved.

10.Reporting a billing problem

Email peteremeka@gmail.com with "Billing problem" in the subject line. Include your account email, the payment date and the amount. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The amount you receive may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
